Dr. Babu Gangadharan is currently based in Bayer S A S, France as a senior Toxicological Pathologist. He obtained his Veterinary degree (BVSC&AH) and post graduate degree in Veterinary Pathology (MVSc) from Kerala, India. He studied molecular pathogenesis of splenic fibrosis in a mouse model for his PhD thesis at the University of Edinburgh, UK. His post-doctoral training was at   Neuropathogenesis Unit – IAH /Roslin Institute, Edinburgh working on the role of follicular dendritic cells in the pathogenesis of prion diseases. He is a Diplomate member of the Royal College of Pathologist, UK (DipRCPath). He has thirty-five publications /short communications to his credit. Since 2008, he has been working as a Toxicological Pathologist in various CRO’s in UK and Hungary before joining his current position at Bayer.
